With nearly 7 million Americans living with Alzheimer's there's never been a more important time to take charge of your brain health.
Some tips,
1) protect your head protect yourself while playing sports
2) Sleep well, Stay off screens before bed and make your sleep space as comfortable as possible.
3) Challenge your mind, put your brain to work and do something that is new or hard for you. Learn a new skill.
4) Eat right, eating healthier foods can help reduce your risk of cognitive decline. This includes more veggies and fruit and leaner meats/proteins.
